We answer within one business day, usually much faster. Evenings and weekends are hit or miss — that's when the torch is running.

Before you email

Most questions are already answered on the FAQ — turnaround, hanging, finishes, outdoor use, and what happens if the sign doesn't look right. Policies live on the policies page.

What to include

About an existing order? Send the email address you ordered with, and your dog's name. That's enough for us to find it.
Not sure your photo will work? Just attach it and ask — we'll tell you honestly before you order.
Hanging or mounting question? Tell us where the sign is going (indoor wall, fence, post, brick) and we'll tell you what you need.
Shelter or rescue? Say so — we work with rescues on give-back partnerships and sample signs.

We're a workshop, not a storefront — there's no walk-in counter. Local pickup is by appointment after your sign is cut, and we'll send you the address and a booking link when it's ready.
